Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

At FakeABaby.com, operated by Acme Novelties LLC, we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, sample images, and product previews prior to purchase. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.
By placing an order through this Site, you agree to the following Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy.
1. Digital Products and Electronic Deliveries
All digitally delivered products, downloadable products, electronically transmitted items, emailed products, and custom digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered or transmitted.
Due to the nature of digital goods and instant delivery services, all sales of digital products are final.
2. Personalized and Custom Products
Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, or specially produced items are non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors caused by the Company.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personalized novelty ultrasound products;
- Personalized novelty sonogram products;
- Customized novelty documents;
- Special-order products;
- Custom digital designs.
Customer approval of submitted information, spelling, dates, and customization details is the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Return Eligibility for Physical Products
Approved returns for eligible physical products must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return must be pre-approved by customer service;
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition;
- The product must remain sealed in its original packaging as received;
- The product must include all original materials, tags, inserts, and packaging;
- The return request must include proof of purchase.
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products and electronic deliveries;
- Personalized or custom products;
- Sale items or clearance items;
- Gift cards;
- International orders;
- Opened or used products;
- Products damaged after delivery;
- Perishable goods;
- Personal care products;
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
5. Return Shipping Requirements
Approved returns must be shipped back using a trackable shipping service.
Customer is solely responsible for:
- Return shipping costs;
- Packaging the item securely;
- Providing tracking information;
- Risk of loss or damage during return transit.
The Company is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
6. Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee, which will be deducted from any approved refund or store credit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Refunds and Store Credit
We provide product samples, previews, examples, and descriptions on the Site prior to purchase. Personal preference, dissatisfaction with design style, or change of mind does not qualify for a refund.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, the Company will notify the customer whether the return has been accepted or rejected.
Approved refunds may be issued in the form of:
- Store credit;
- Replacement product;
at the Company’s sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
FakeABaby.com is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or undeliverable shipments resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly entered shipping information provided by the customer.
Order information is processed substantially as submitted during checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.
9. Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after submission.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been paid for, shipped, electronically transmitted, processed for production, or entered into fulfillment.
Requests for cancellation submitted prior to processing may be approved or denied at the Company’s sole discretion.
Custom or personalized orders may not be canceled once production has begun.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect all orders immediately upon receipt.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, you must contact customer service within a reasonable time after delivery and provide:
- Your order number;
- Description of the issue;
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.
The Company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or other resolution is appropriate.
11. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis for eligible physical products.
